Versatile mid-length sea kayak

The P&H Leo is a versatile cruising sea kayak with performance that sits midway between the Virgo and Scorpio. It has an efficient hull with sufficient rocker for it to be agile while still having a good turn of speed. The CoreLight X build comes as standard in a 4 hatch configuration with bow and stern hatches, a day hatch just behind the cockpit and a conveniently located mini/ snack hatch just in front of the cockpit. It has full safety deck lines and storage bungees, along with an extremely comfortable cockpit and plenty of room to stretch your legs!

At around 16' in length the Leo can cover decent distances on open water while also providing plenty of fun if you enjoy exploring rocky coastlines. Great primary stability seamlessly transits to impressive secondary stability as you take it onto edge and feel the responsiveness start to build. The moderate rocker along the hull provides a nice balance of good straight line tracking along with a level of manoeuvrability that makes it a fun kayak to surf or explore rocky gullies in.  This is a kayak that is suitable for a wide range of waters and is a great choice for longer journeys or to combine some journeying with fun exploring features along a varied coastline. This is one of P&H's most versatile kayaks, a great choice for day trips and there is easily enough storage space for several days away or even a week long camping trip. 

P&H's highly-adjustable and reliable Connect outfitting provides day long comfort and great connectivity with the hull. All hatch covers are KajakSport for secure storage and a reliable seal. Other details include a recess for a Silva 70P Compass, split paddle recesses, a drop-forged, anodised aluminium security point, a paddle park, and a full complement of deck lines and bungees.

Available in Tahoe Blue or Scarlet in the CoreLite X build the P&H Leo has a stiff hull which is also light enough to provide a responsive experience on the water and make car topping a breeze.
