The Quessy Beavertail Canoe Paddle is made from a mix of ash and cherry to create a lighter paddle with the added strength of the harder ash wood. This mix of wood types gives added rigidity allowing greater power transference and less wasted energy.

The Varnished finish seals the wood creating a water resistant buoyant canoe paddle which will last years.

Wood is used for canoe paddle construction as it does not conduct heat and will be warm year round unlike aluminium or alloy paddles while being lightweight and easy to use.

The Beavertail blade shape on the Quessy Beavertail Paddle is designed for deepwater and allows advanced strokes to be pulled off with ease while the resin tip is designed for rock resitance when getting back to the shore.

Available in four lengths ranging from 54 inches through to 63 inches.
