The 12AR is an open cockpit kayak so is paddled without a spraydeck, it is suitable for paddlers from novice to the very experienced and is ideal for recreational adventures on gentle water or just pottering about! The fusion hull is unique to Delta and a key as to why this kayak is so easy to paddle. The carefully sculpted V profile at the bow will cut through the water with ease and there is a gentle transition towards the catamaran style hull towards the stern. This provides exceptional stability and considerably reduces turbulence, drag and fishtailing experienced with many compact kayaks. The elements of the fusion hull come together to provide a very efficient glide on each paddle stroke and great handling when you want to manoeuvre as well.

The colour matched Press-Lock hatches are secure and easy to use and the bulkhead storage areas provide plenty of space for gear. There is a crisscross bungee on the rear deck for storing items you want quick access to.
