The new Icom M25 Evo is a lightweight floating VHF radio… weighing in at just 228g! It small sizes means it is a great fit for PFD pockets and is not too bulky if clipped onto the PFD. A large screen and simple button lay-out mean using the M25 Evo is easy.
This floating VHF flashes when dropped in the water. Not only does the LCD and key backlight on the front panel flash, but also the red LED light blinks through the rear panel showing the place of the radio so that it can be easily retrieved. A long battery life, 5W output and powerful audio output will ensure that the M25 Evo will perform when you need it most. An Eco mode boosts operation time by using a 2.5W transit power vs a standard 5W power.
The compact and slim design means that the M25 VHF radio will fit inside the pockets on many buoyancy aids. The radio also has a clip so it can be attached to jacket pockets and other places for easy access.

The IC-M25 Evo is extremely lightweight, weighing only 220g. Its 31.2mm slim body is comfortable to handle. Large LCD display and laser cut, curved shape buttons are well laid out and provide simple and straightforward operation.

700mW Audio Output and AquaQuake Function
The IC-M25 Evo provides a powerful 700mW audio output and received voice can be heard loud and clear. AquaQuake™ draining function prevents audio degradation from a water-logged speaker by vibrating the speaker cone to restore audio quality.
