The Palm Chinook is a mid-weight touring jacket designed specifically for adventure enthusiasts seeking both performance and comfort. This all-season Cag is constructed from environmentally friendly PFAS-free Seawastex® XP-2.5 layer material that provides dependable protection on the water and is still lightweight enough for compact packing in your kayak. The spraydeck compatible twin waist keeps the spray out and can be paired up with twin waist trousers for extra protection. 

Latex wrist gaskets and an adjustable ExoSkin neck seal keep the water out and the fleece-lined double collar provides comfort and warmth. You will appreciate the versatility of the zip-off storm hood, during colder seasons leave it attached on stand by and in summer zip it off and enjoy the more open feel. Depending on where you are paddling you can loosen the fit of the hood to wear it over a helmet or tighten it down for a snug fit over a warm winter hat.

Thanks to its XP  2.5 layer fabric, the Chinook is both waterproof and breathable, making it an excellent choice for canoeing and kayaking. The jacket is designed for comfort during paddling, featuring a 3D cut, pre-bent arms, and strategically placed seams.
