Old Town Heron 9 XT Kayak

The Old Town Heron 9 XT is a compact sit in kayak measuring just 2.9m, which is easy to store and handle off the water. It provides the paddler with a super comfortable seat and a sealed rear storage area to bring additional kit with you. It is ideal for new paddlers or recreational paddlers looking for a stable sit in kayak at an affordable price.


The generous sized cockpit makes the Heron 9XT an easy kayak to enter and exit. The padded Comfort Flex seat is adjustable and provides great back support. The stern bulkhead area provides buoyancy as well as being a useful place to store equipment you don't need while on the water. Open up the Quick Seal Hatch and pack your trolley or some picnic gear and you are all set for a lovely day out.


The Heron 9XT is factory fitted with two flush mount rod holders located either side within easy reach behind the cockpit. You could troll a lure as you paddle or just reach round for your rod and cast into a likely looking sport as you gently drift along a lazy river.
