The fastest Mirage Drive Kayak in the Hobie range - the tandem Oasis is powered by two Mirage Drive 180's with Kick Up Fins for incredible speed and power! The 14ft sleek hull cuts effortlessly through the water and handles choppy waters without trouble. A great option for tandem touring and kayak fishing on the coast.
The MD180's features Kick Up Fins that will 'kick-up' out of the way should they strike an underwater object, so you can pedal with peace of mind and greately reduce the chance of damaging your drive if you forget how shallow it is! Cruise in comfort on the Vantage CT seats, which offers various height and tilt settings so that you can sit back and pedal without aching. Steering is made easy with dual controls operating the Twist-N-Stow rudder with upgraded Large Rudder Blade.
Load up for the day and head to the horizon or next headland with plenty of space for fishing gear or overnight camping equipment. A front bow hatch and 3 x 8in Twist-N-Seal hatches offer access to the inside of the hull for plenty of storage space. Mesh pockets feature in each cockpit for small essentials and a rear cargo area will hold a dry bag or small crate full of gear. If optiong for a Hobie Crate, you will need the H-Crate JR.

Enhance the stability of your kayak with the SideKick Outrigger Kit from Hobie. A crossbar fits to your kayak onto which you can attach and detach the AMA arms and outrigger floats. The outriggers are inflatable and constructed from a durable material. Very quick to inflate and deflate and pack down small for storage. You can position the outrigger arms in 3 positions - low, mid and high so that you can pedal with little resistance int he water (high) and deploy them into the low position whilst fishing for lots of extra stability.
