VE Fara

The VE Fara paddles are light-weight paddles with mid-sized blade which feel great in the water and offer plenty of power. Designed primarily for high-angle paddling the versatile design connects smoothly with the water providing a very clean catch and a precise feel right through to the exit of each stroke. Shafts are subtly ovaled on both sides making them suitable for right handed or left handed paddlers. The level of indexing provides for maximised grip without interfering with shaft rotation. The finish on the shafts is smoth but far from slippery, you won't feel that slight grab you get with a matt finish neither will you feel slippage as with high gloss finishes.

Supplied as a 2-piece feather adjustable straight shaft as standard, just flip the ferule lock open and it takes seconds to adjust the blade feather angle or the shaft length (up to 10cm), without the need for tools. There are no pre-set click points on the VE models so you can get exactly the length and angle that best suits you. If the sea gets lively just shorten the shaft on the go for great high angle strokes and if it is gentle you can stretch it out and do some lower angle cruising to give your muscles a rest!

The straight carbon shaft provides excellent power transfer, this makes them a good choice for paddlers looking for a precise feel and plenty of power in their strokes.

Both of these builds are tough and durable. VE Paddles are made by hand in Britain using pre-preg carbon and fibreglass materials and hot compression moulded construction techniques.
