Old Town Heron 9

The Old Town Heron 9 is an easy-to-paddle recreational kayak designed for relaxed flat water paddling. The Heron is fun to paddle for paddlers of all abilities including children and adults. At only 18kg, this is one of the lightest kayaks available for easy paddling.

The Heron is fitted with a comfortable padded seat and adjustable backrest, adjustable footrests, internal bouyancy and a large cockpit. The cockpit size means that getting in and out of the Heron is simple with ample space for paddlers upto about 130kg.

The Old Town Heron 9 is stable and easy to paddle on the water, the hull shape provides stability and easy straight line paddling. This combination make the Heron 9 a popular kayak for easy paddling.

Available to buy as the boat only or as a package with a lightweight fibreglass paddle.
