Old Town Osprey 140 Canoe If you're looking for a lightweight, stable design with excellent durability, the Osprey 140 canadian is the right canoe for you. Sportsmen, older couples, or families who need a canoe that's easy to handle out of the water as well as in will agree we've got the perfect canoe for them. The Osprey 140 is constructed of Oltonar/Royalex®, a lightweight yet durable ABS laminate. To produce the best hull for the job, we've taken popular design features from other Old Town models. The length and width of the Kingfisher gives excellent stability and maneuverability. The arched bottom of the Penobscot allows the wide bottom to be stiffer without adding excess weight. The Penobscot's fine ends make the hull more efficient and provide better tracking. The Osprey 140 is shown below in the standard rowing specification. The rowing version includes a center seat, with two sets of oarlocks. |
