With kayaks strapped on their edge, this is a great space saving solution to transport multiple kayaks or even a single kayak next to a roof box or bike carrier.

40cm Padded Upright Bars


A pair of standard Kayak Upright Bars that clamp around an existing vehicle roof rack to safely transport up to 2 kayaks on their edge. Upright Bars are Padded to protect your kayak whilst in transit; supplied as a pair, including mounting hardware.


These Upright Bars can be used for transporting one or two kayaks on their edge. An excellent space saving solution that have many applications.


Securing Straps are not included with this product. Appropriate Kayak Transport Straps can be purchased separately through our website - Click Here.


Compatible with Square or Rectangular Shaped Bars, including Thule SquareBar Evo Bars. These are not compatible with Thule AeroBar, WingBar, ProBar or SlideBar - For these roof bars, see either Thule Folding Upright Kayak Supports or Eckla Foldable HD-Vertical Supports - For T-Slot.
