A paddle top for women. The Element shares all the performance characteristics of the Apex design - meaning a dynamic feel and advanced detail. In addition it features reduced arm length with smaller cuffs, smaller neck seal, and female specific body panel sizing. The Asymmetric waist system, Cordura® elbow reinforcement and Glide Skin seals are just a few of the features that make this a great garment.
